Shipping information:

1.)What are your shipping rates?

Flat rate shipping through USPS is $4.95 for Priority mail in the U.SA.

Priority Mail service offers two- to three-day service to most domestic destinations in the USA.

2) What about everywhere else in the world:

Flat rate shipping through USPS is $12.95 around the world.

It takes 6 to 10 average business days for delivery to major destinations outside the USA.

Insurance?

1) $1.65 ................on items from $0.01 to $50
2) $2.05 ................on items from $50.01 to $100

2) Is there insurance for overseas?

No, unless you notify me before you buy the item, so I can get the offical U.S.P.S rates.

1) I can't find your about me bio under the about me section. So, where is it?

Information about me is news since we all change over the years. So, on the main page of my news blog you can find a side bar menu that says My profile. Please click on it to find out current and past news about me.

Return policy:

1) What is your return policy?

I accept returns within ten days of your purchase for a full refund, & no questions asked!

Equipment:

1) What type of equipment do you use to create your designs?

I have a fairly new Brother sewing machine, serger, and embroidery machine. I obviously trust the brand Brother for sewing equipment as I have three of them!
